About this role
The team is seeking a Senior TIBCO BW Consultant with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration. This role is based in Pune and offers a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience specifically on TIBCO platforms, showcasing expert-level proficiency in TIBCO Business Works (5.x and/or BW 6.x / Container Edition).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works.
- Optimize TIBCO EMS architecture and administration for performance improvements.
- Set up and manage Apache Kafka clusters, including topic design and Kafka Streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in TIBCO Business Works and TIBCO EMS.
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka and its ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
