The team is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Telecom Lead/Architect to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions within the telecommunications domain, specifically focusing on real-time charging and signaling systems. You will be instrumental in leading architectural decisions and guiding a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of telecom solutions using OpenCloud Rhino and JAIN SLEE platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the development and implementation of real-time charging and signaling systems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java development, with a focus on telecom applications.
- In-depth knowledge of OpenCloud Rhino and JAIN SLEE platforms.
- Familiarity with real-time charging and signaling systems.
