About this role
The team is seeking a Java Technical Lead – Full Stack to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves providing technical leadership and guidance while working independently to develop and integrate robust, fault-tolerant backend services and Angular frontends for their payment accuracy products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Java/Oracle based applications transitioning to Spring Boot and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for information processing.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing backend services.
- Mentor and support team members in best practices and technical skills.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Proficiency in Oracle databases and SQL.
- Experience in building and integrating backend services.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
