The team is seeking a Java Technical Lead to join their team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for driving technical excellence and leading a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
