The team is seeking a Java Tech Lead to spearhead the design and development of highly scalable and performance-sensitive enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will utilize Java and Spring frameworks to create non-trivial systems that are secure, robust, and aligned with modern software design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Java and Spring.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to interpret client requirements.
- Translate client requirements into technical deliverables.
- Oversee and contribute to the full-cycle development process, from requirement analysis to technical design and coding.
- Ensure that the applications are scalable and maintain high performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with software design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership roles.
