About this role
The team is seeking a Java Tech Lead to oversee the development of innovative eCommerce solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Java-based platforms, storefront services, and headless APIs that enhance digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and implement Java-based eCommerce platforms and services.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices for various customer journeys, including search, browse, cart, checkout, and personalization.
- Design, configure, and support RDBMS solutions in Azure Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Integrate with key third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java development and architecture.
- Proficiency in building microservices and eCommerce solutions.
- Experience with RDBMS solutions, particularly in Azure Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership roles.
