About this role
The team is seeking Java Support professionals to join their Support Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients or internal teams using Java-based applications. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Java applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Java applications and resolve issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and debug Java code to identify and fix problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functioning of Java systems.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java development and support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging Java applications.
- Familiarity with application servers and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in production support for Java applications.
