About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Engineer / Technical Lead with extensive experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Angular 9 or later. This role involves leading projects and collaborating closely with customers and their teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software applications using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Angular.
- Implement microservices architecture and principles to enhance application scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Oversee the deployment process using Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Angular 9 or later.
- Proven experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
