About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java and related technologies, as well as a strong understanding of modern architectural patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Govern the architectural integrity and ensure best practices are followed across development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and promote architectural standards and guidelines for enterprise applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-native architecture patterns, including RAG, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development and deployment.
- Familiarity with modern AI-native architecture patterns and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience: 8-10 years in software architecture and development.
