The team is seeking a skilled Java Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Core Java, object-oriented programming, and hands-on coding expertise. This role requires collaboration in an agile environment, along with debugging and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Java applications.
- Apply object-oriented design principles for efficient coding and software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and improve product quality.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software testing and development.
