About this role
The team is seeking a Java Production Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for production applications built on Java technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for Java applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java, Spring Boot, Apache Struts, and Hibernate.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
- Assist in database management using SQL and PL-SQL.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Struts, Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with AngularJS and SQL/PL-SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
