About this role
The team is seeking a Java NodeJS BackEnd Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering high-performance, highly available, and secure APIs and Microservices based on architectural guidelines and selected tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reusable, testable, and standard-compliant code.
- Define the logical design of functional modules.
- Design data models for APIs.
- Document design and code thoroughly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and NodeJS.
- Strong understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database design and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
