The team is seeking a skilled Java Mainframe Developer with expertise in AWS to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your coding skills to create APIs and microservices that connect core platforms to user experiences. You will be responsible for understanding business challenges and providing effective software solutions through design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement APIs and microservices using Java and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Build and maintain cloud environments and pipelines to support development and deployment processes.
- Establish and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with mainframe systems.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Experience in developing APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in Java and AWS environments.
