About this role
In your role as Software Engineer/Lead, you will collaborate closely with other developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to evaluate and develop innovative solutions. The primary purpose of this role is to design, develop, test, and operate a complex set of applications or platforms in the IoT Cloud area. You will utilize advanced tools and analytical methods to gather facts and develop solution scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions for IoT applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in IoT and cloud computing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Java and experience with IoT cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on IoT and cloud solutions.
