About this role
The team is seeking a Java Full Stack Trainer Mentor to join their team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java full stack development and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training curriculum that encompasses both foundational concepts and advanced full stack frameworks.
- Deliver engaging and effective technical training sessions in person and online.
- Assess and evaluate learner progress through coding challenges, lab exercises, and mock interview sessions.
- Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing any doubts and questions they may have.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL.
- Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Java full stack development and training.
