The team is seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack / Tech Anchor to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on technical background and the ability to independently execute projects while taking ownership of technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 10 years in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience: 10+ years in software development and project management.
