The team is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves developing software solutions of varying complexity, ensuring high-quality code and documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and demonstrate software development processes for applications and systems.
- Write clear code comments and maintain thorough documentation.
- Utilize Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, architects, and operations teams.
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and sprint activities to define project plans and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in full stack development.
