The team is seeking a skilled Java Developer to lead one of the key business areas from end to end. The successful candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering with business stakeholders and prioritizing these requirements in the sprint cycle. Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Understand and contribute to project architecture design.
- Analyze user requirements to define project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Experience with requirement gathering and agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Java development.
