About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join their team in the Pune R&D Centre. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Viya 3.5 team, responsible for developing and maintaining the Viya 3.5 platform and its associated services. You will engage in planning and design work and take ownership of significant components of the application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Viya 3.5 platform and services.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features.
- Take responsibility for large parts of the application and ensure high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with Java frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies and services.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Java development.
