About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Java Developer with a strong background in the Banking and Financial domain. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual responsible for producing high-quality code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust Java applications in the Banking/Financial sector.
- Implement microservices architecture and ensure efficient multithreading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Core Java and multithreading.
- Proficiency in microservices, Spring, and SQL.
- Good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JMS, and caching frameworks.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus.
- High levels of ownership and accountability in project delivery.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically in Java.
