The team is seeking a Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in Java projects to lead a team of 8 to 10 members. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple aspects of project delivery in a banking environment. Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Pune and should be available to join within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Java-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee a team of developers, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Implement best practices in software development and project management.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
- Proficiency in Microservices, Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC.
- Familiarity with React and mobile development is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience Level:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in technical project management and Java development.
