About this role
The team is seeking experienced Java Backend Developers to join their team in the Banking and Financial Services sector. This role offers a hybrid working model based in Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain Microservices-based applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of database systems such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Understanding of banking domain concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in backend development.
