About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will be responsible for developing RESTful APIs and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Integrate with various databases (SQL/NoSQL) and manage ORM mappings using Hibernate.
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions to enhance application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure code quality.
- Implement security measures, data protection, and performance tuning for backend services.
- Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Knowledge of security best practices and performance tuning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience required: 3-5 years in backend development, with a focus on Java technologies.
