About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in Java and AWS to build and enhance cloud-based Spring Boot applications. In this role, you will guide a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate directly with clients in a Scrum model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance cloud-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and contribute to agile development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience as a Principal Engineer or Technical Lead.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with SQL and OCPP is a plus.
