About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Java AWS Developer with a strong background in the banking or financial domain. This role involves designing and developing robust applications using Java technologies and AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document APIs and integration solutions in a customer-facing environment using Java.
- Develop applications from scratch utilizing the Spring framework and Spring Boot.
- Implement multithreading and microservices architectures to enhance application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java 8, Core Java, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Hands-on experience with Java Stream and Functional Programming.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application development.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in relevant roles, particularly in the banking or financial sector.
