About this role

The team is seeking a skilled JAVA 17 Developer with a strong technical and software engineering background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application and software development using Java, particularly with proficiency in Java 17. You will play a key role in system and application architecture, design, development, implementation, and end-to-end deployment, with a strong focus on development automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications.
  • Design and implement system architecture and application frameworks.
  • Ensure effective end-to-end deployment of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement development automation practices to enhance productivity.
  • Utilize Object-Oriented Design principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
  • Work extensively with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework, including Spring Data and Spring Batch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java 17 and experience with application development.
  • Solid understanding of system and application architecture.
  • Experience with development automation tools and practices.
  • Strong Object-Oriented Design skills.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
  • Ability to work across multiple tiers of an application.

Experience:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Java development.
