About this role
The team is seeking an experienced ITOM Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Discovery and ITOM domain, specifically on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and the ability to implement solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
- Manage Certificate Management and AI OPS functionalities within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Configure and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure, including Servers, Networks, Storage, and Cloud solutions.
- Provide support for other ITOM modules such as Event Management and Cloud Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- More than 4 years of experience in the Discovery and ITOM domain on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong implementation knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Proficient in Certificate Management and AI OPS.
- Good understanding of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Experience with ITOM modules like Event Management and Cloud Management is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in IT Infrastructure.
Experience required: 4-6 years.
