About this role
The team is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to manage and optimize their critical SaaS applications and services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with internal systems while maintaining high performance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment, integration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SaaS applications.
- Design, implement, and support cloud-based infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Provide advanced technical support for SaaS tools, troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing SaaS tools and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration of SaaS applications with internal systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in IT systems engineering or related field, with a focus on SaaS applications.
