About this role
The team is a leading Space Surveillance and Intelligence company focused on ensuring orbital safety and sustainability. They are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team and provide technical support for their sophisticated hardware and software systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support for IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of IT equipment and software.
- Maintaining documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience required: 3-5 years in IT support or a related field.
