The team is seeking an IT Data Analyst to join their Clinical Solutions team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to support drug development and commercialization processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Experience with data management and reporting in a healthcare or life sciences context.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
