The team is seeking an experienced IT Automation Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and automating various IT processes to improve efficiency and reliability within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for IT processes.
- Collaborate with teams to assess current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize scripting languages and automation tools to streamline tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
- Document automation processes and maintain clear records of changes and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT automation or related fields is required.
