About this role
The team is seeking a skilled IT Applications Developer specializing in the NetSuite platform to join their Enterprise IT Applications team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and administering the NetSuite platform across multiple European territories. You will work within a complex, integrated enterprise architecture, interfacing with Zone Billing, various regional ERP solutions, and Salesforce via MuleSoft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to the NetSuite platform.
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite system to ensure operational stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other applications and systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with NetSuite platform administration and support.
- Proficiency in integrating systems using MuleSoft or similar tools.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT applications development and support, specifically with NetSuite.
