About this role
The team is seeking an experienced IT Application Developer to join their team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions. Your work will be crucial in enhancing IT operations, improving service delivery, and reducing operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions for Service Mapping, Discovery & Orchestration, Event Management, and Performance Analytics.
- Enhance CMDB accuracy and completeness through automation and data integration.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor and optimize existing ServiceNow applications to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflow design.
- In-depth knowledge of ITOM and CMDB processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in automation tools and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT application development, specifically within the ServiceNow platform.
