About this role
The team is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires hands-on management of network systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers and switches.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to support system upgrades and installations.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist in resolving IT-related issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network hardware and software, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or related field.
