The team is seeking an IoT Field Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing technical support and solutions for IoT devices and systems in the field, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT technology and a passion for solving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for IoT devices and systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of IoT equipment to ensure functionality.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of IoT devices in various environments.
- Train clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of IoT systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in field support or technical support roles, specifically with IoT technologies.
- Strong understanding of IoT protocols and standards (MQTT, CoAP, etc.).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
