The team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & Kafka Integration Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India. This hybrid role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise event management, monitoring, and observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating ServiceNow ITOM Event Management with enterprise monitoring platforms and Confluent Kafka, enabling reliable real-time event processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement event-driven monitoring solutions using ServiceNow ITOM and Kafka.
- Optimize existing integration processes to enhance performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Develop documentation for integration processes and provide training to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Confluent Kafka.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and monitoring solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in integration engineering and event management solutions.
