About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join their team in Mumbai, based in Andheri East. This role involves providing Level 2 end-user support in a 24x7 enterprise environment, ensuring high availability and performance of desktop and laptop systems, as well as end-user applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support Windows desktop and laptop systems.
- Provide technical support for end-user applications, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and maintain documentation of support activities.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SLA commitments and maintain high standards of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or IT Support Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
