About this role
The team is a leading Imaging Technology and Imaging Clinical Research Organization (iCRO) dedicated to advancing imaging science and technology. They are seeking an Information Technology Support Engineer to join their team and contribute to their mission of connecting imaging to the cure.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems and applications. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operation of imaging technologies and assist in the implementation of new systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to IT systems
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Assisting in the setup and configuration of imaging technology systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience
- Maintaining documentation of technical processes and user guides
- Participating in IT projects and initiatives to improve service delivery
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with imaging technologies and clinical research environments is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
