About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Information Technology Security Manager to lead their enterprise security initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing enterprise security architecture, cloud security, SOC operations, and security product governance across a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of security architecture frameworks.
- Oversee cloud security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and incident response.
- Establish security product governance and evaluate security technologies.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate security into all aspects of operations.
- Report directly to the Senior Director on security initiatives and risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT security management, with a focus on enterprise security architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security practices and technologies.
- Experience in leading SOC operations and incident response teams.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and security frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in IT security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
