The team is seeking an experienced Information Technology Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system management and network administration, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement system upgrades and patches as needed.
- Maintain and support local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
- Configure network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system management and network administration.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing servers and networking equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT.
