About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Information Technology Infrastructure Manager to lead their IT strategy and operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that the IT infrastructure aligns with the company's business goals while promoting innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the business objectives.
- Focus on technological innovation, scalability, and cost-efficiency in IT operations.
- Establish IT governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and other ISOs.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Oversee the maintenance and security of IT systems and networks, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech or MCA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
- Proven track record in developing IT strategies and managing complex IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
