About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer to manage the complete IT environment for a growing delivery center in Chennai. This is an onsite role that requires a hands-on approach to IT infrastructure and network management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end administration of Sophos Firewall XG/XGS, including firewall policies, site-to-site and remote-access VPN, NAT/routing, and IPS.
- Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
- Ensure optimal performance of network infrastructure and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintain documentation for all IT processes and configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Sophos Firewall and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Proficiency in managing VPNs, NAT, and routing configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure or networking are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.
