About this role
The team is currently seeking an Information Technology Coordinator to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and systems, while supporting the overall technology needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and guests, addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor and ensure the security of the IT systems and data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest service technologies is a plus.
