The team is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager to lead and implement ISO 27001 compliance, cybersecurity strategies, and risk management within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the protection of sensitive information and maintaining the integrity of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures in line with ISO 27001 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats.
- Lead the incident response team and manage security incidents effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems and applications.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on information security best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BCA, MCA, BTech).
- Proven experience in information security management, with a focus on ISO 27001 compliance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Experience Required:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in information security management or a similar role.
