The team is seeking an experienced Information Security - IAM Systems Engineer to join their team. This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and supporting all Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, processes, and policies. You will be an integral part of a US-based team, contributing your expertise in various IAM domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on administration of IAM systems.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Support customers by resolving IAM-related issues and challenges.
- Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions as required to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Cloud IAM, Privileged Access Management, and OAuth/OIDC.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks and security protocols.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in IAM security engineering or a related field.
