This role is crucial in the development, maintenance, and support of the organization's security hardware, software, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain security systems and protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and stakeholders.
- Support customers by resolving security-related problems and issues.
- Participate in all phases of security systems development, including design, implementation, and testing.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on security best practices and system usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with firewall technologies and security systems.
- Proficiency in security hardware and software management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and guide users.
- Relevant certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on firewall and systems engineering.
