The team is seeking an experienced Information Security Consultant to join their team in Navi Mumbai, India. This role is essential in helping businesses within the BFSI, fintech, and technology sectors protect their digital assets and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and a commitment to implementing a 'shift left' approach to security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits for clients.
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into product development.
- Provide expert guidance on risk management and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to advise clients effectively.
- Train and mentor junior staff on security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in information security consulting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and teams.
