The team is seeking an experienced Infor CRM Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of Infor CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing and configuring Infor CRM to meet specific client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Infor CRM solutions.
- Customize and configure Infor CRM according to client needs.
- Develop and implement effective data migration strategies.
- Integrate Syncsite components seamlessly with Infor CRM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues related to Syncsite.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Infor CRM and Syncsite integration.
- Proficiency in data migration strategies and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in CRM implementation and integration.
