About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Lead to join their dynamic team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and user experience strategy for various digital products, ensuring that they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept through execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to define user requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
