The team is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications. You will work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies and frameworks.
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing as needed.
- Document test cases, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA automation testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
